The   milk   for   producing   butter   milk   (ayran)   is   sent   to   the   tank   and   then   the fermentation is done. The fermented milk is broken and cooled.

Design and Features:

Buttermilk    Process    tank    features    cooling    and    heating    properties.    Milk enters    the    tank    and    gets    heated    up    to    leavening    temperature.    Rolbont system   provides   cooling   and   heating   in   a   short   time.   When   the   leavening   is realized;   it   starts   to   get   cooled   down,   processed      according   to   production requirements   and   transferred   to   filling   facilities. The   capacity   can   range between 1000lt – 6000lt.
